Using Accession IDs

Enter a Casbase Accession ID or a UniProt Accession ID. Examples: CS1092 or P09874(to retrieve PARP-1). Please do not submit multiple accession IDs.

Using Keywords

Keywords can include protein names, synonyms, gene names etc. Examples: "PARP-1" or "fodrin" or "Bcl-2". Boolean operators are not supported.

Using Sequence Similarity (BLAST)

Please cut and paste raw or FASTA formatted amino acid sequence entry into the input box below. Your entry will be searched against the substrates sequences in the database using the BLAST algorithm.
