Help on Graphical View

The Graphical View Section shown below provides a overview of the alignment. It also provides a means of navigation, you can see specific portions of the alignment by clicking on certain parts of the Graphical View. Click the image for a larger one in a new window.

Clicking on the second row of colored bars representing exons will open a page in the Details View Section showing the exon alignment. Clicking on the Splice Site Motifs will open a page in the Details View Section showing the intron sequence. Clicking on the light blue bar that represents the selected ORF will open a page in the Details View Section that shows the ORF sequence.
