Help on Details View

The Details View Section is used to display details information about various elements. When the results are first returned, a Summary of Exons and Introns is first shown in this section. This summary which is shown below provides concise information about every exon and intron in the aliignment. You can click on the image for a larger one that will appear in a new window. The individual exon and intron numbers are clickable and displays detailed information about the exon or intron.
