Help on the "Use it" page

Overview

The "Use it" page provides a web interface to the MGAlign program allowing for alignments between mRNA/EST sequences and genomic sequences. Basically you submit both the mRNA/EST sequence and the genomic genomic sequence and the program will align the two sequences and report the alignment. This alignment in effect shows you the location of the exons mapped onto the genomic sequences.
